At the Faculty of Business and Law of the University “Privredna akademija” Brčko District BiH, a scientific-professional gathering was successfully held today – a Legal Clinic on the topic
“Undercover investigator and money counterfeiting”, which once again confirmed the University’s commitment to education based on practical knowledge and contemporary challenges of the legal profession.

The Legal Clinic was not a classic lecture, but a dynamic and interactive educational event in which students had the opportunity to get acquainted with real procedures in the field of criminal law, security, and forensics. Through the simulation of real situations, the work of an undercover investigator, the implementation of special investigative actions, as well as the role of the lawyer, the prosecution, and the court in complex criminal proceedings were presented.

The special value of this event is the direct involvement of students in the learning process, where theoretical knowledge finds its full application. It is precisely this approach that allows students to develop critical thinking, legal certainty, professional responsibility, and an understanding of the real challenges that lawyers face in practice.
