On the occasion of the beginning of the summer semester of the 2025/26 academic year, where activities related to postgraduate studies await us, the Vice-Rectorate of the University “Privredna akademija” Brčko District BiH is organizing an online scientific-professional panel entitled: “The role of the mentor in working with students” dedicated to key challenges and opportunities on the path of academic education. The focus of the online panel will be on the role of the mentor in guiding and ensuring the success of students in undergraduate, master's, and doctoral studies. Through this discussion, we want to explore how mentoring practices can be improved, how to define mutual expectations between academic students and mentors, and how to create an environment that inspires excellence and innovation.
