BRČKO DISTRICT OF BiH – Today, the fifth session of the Editorial Board of the university journal “Akademski privrednik” was held in an online environment. The reason for holding the session was: a report on the activities that preceded the publication of the 4th issue of the journal and the decision to publish a public call to authors for the 5th issue of the journal. The participants concluded that the activities regarding the preparation and publication of the 4th issue of the journal went successfully, that the deadlines were met, and that a higher level of quality was noticeable in the received papers, and they suggested that the editorial board continue to insist on even higher quality of papers and a more efficient review process in the preparation of the 5th issue. The members of the Editorial Board gave their consent for the publication of the public call to authors for the submission of papers for the fifth issue of the journal and welcomed the intention to automate the process of collecting, processing, and publishing papers according to the APA 7 standard, because this minimizes technical errors and favors the creation of conditions for faster indexing of the journal in international citation scientific databases to which our journal “Akademski privrednik” aspires.
