The third legal clinic on the topic “Conflicts in Marriage” has been held.

Within the framework of this topic, a simulation of a preparatory hearing before the competent court regarding divorce and custody of a minor child was held, all from the perspective of multiple academic subjects as a form of teaching activity, lectures, and exercises.

The second part of this clinic will consist of a simulation of a criminal investigation due to a committed act of domestic violence and the holding of a simulation of the main trial in the aforementioned divorce case. The date for this second part of the third legal clinic will be determined subsequently.

Within this legal clinic, the focus will also be placed on the Economics and Business study program, as an economic expert analysis has been designated as one of the expert testimonies, the findings of which will be presented in court by our professor Dr. Vaso Aresnović, who is also a permanent court expert in reality.

Our students and professors certainly took part in the clinic, but we especially highlight and thank the judges, lawyers, and criminal inspectors.
