The Higher Health School of Professional Studies “Medika” Belgrade and the University “Privredna akademija” Brčko have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

The cooperation between the University “Privredna akademija” Brčko District BiH and the Higher Health School of Professional Studies “Medika” from Belgrade was officially established on May 5 through the signing of a Memorandum, opening opportunities for joint development in higher education and professional training.
The Memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Miroslav Knežević, Director of the Higher Health School “Medika,” and Prof. Dr. Željko Petrić, Rector of the University “Privredna akademija.”
This cooperation encompasses a range of strategically important activities for both institutions, including: joint organization and delivery of teaching at all levels of study – undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral; exchange of professors, students, and academic staff; development of scientific-research personnel; and joint participation in scientific and professional projects. It also includes exchange of publications, collaboration between student organizations, and joint participation in scientific conferences, seminars, and other academic events.
“The agreement with a health higher education institution like ‘Medika’ further strengthens our mission to educate skilled and competent professionals, especially in the healthcare field, which is vital for society,” emphasized Rector Petrić.
Prof. Dr. Miroslav Knežević expressed his satisfaction with the signing of the Memorandum:
“We see this partnership as an important step toward improving the quality of teaching and professional practice for our students. We believe that through joint projects, we will contribute to healthcare and academic development in the region.”
By signing this Memorandum, the University “Privredna akademija” and the Higher Health School “Medika” confirm their commitment to academic excellence, regional cooperation, and the support of future healthcare professionals.
