The University “Privredna akademija” Brčko District of BiH and the Faculty of Information Technology and Engineering, New Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, Sign Agreement on International Cooperation
The University “Privredna akademija” in the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Faculty of Information Technology and Engineering from New Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, have signed an Agreement on International Cooperation with the aim of enhancing academic collaboration, knowledge exchange, and strengthening international relations in higher education.
The signing ceremony was attended by representatives of both institutions, and the agreement was signed by:

Prof. Dr. Maja Andjelković, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology and Engineering
This agreement lays the foundation for long-term and fruitful cooperation across multiple areas that contribute to higher-quality higher education, the development of scientific research, and the strengthening of competencies among students and academic staff.
Key Objectives and Areas of Cooperation
The agreement provides for a wide range of joint activities, including:
Exchange of Professors and Students – Enables acquisition of new knowledge, sharing of experiences, and mutual understanding of different educational systems. This form of cooperation allows students to develop international competencies, while professors can apply and exchange innovative teaching and research methods.
Organization and Participation in Joint Research Projects – Joint projects foster innovative ideas, strengthen research capacities, and enable publication of results in reputable scientific journals. This collaboration contributes to the establishment of stable research networks and better integration into the international academic community.

Rector of the University “Privredna akademija,” Prof. Dr. Željko Petrić, emphasized that the agreement represents an important step in enhancing the University’s international recognition and expanding opportunities for students and faculty.
